不同骨料替代率再生PVC塑料混凝土的力学性能和抗冻性研究
Mechanical Properties and Frost Resistance of Recycled PVC Plastic Concrete with Different Aggregate Substitution Rates
【摘要】 使用部分再生塑料替代混凝土中的细骨料,达到环保建设的效果。以再生聚氯乙烯(PVC)塑料为原材料,按照20%、25%和30%的骨料替代率制备塑料混凝土,分别测试样本的抗压强度、抗折强度、密度、孔隙率和抗冻性。试验结果显示,20%替代率的再生PVC塑料混凝土的抗压强度为20 MPa~25 MPa;最大韧性为3.78 MPa,最小韧性为2.29 MPa,均高于理想值;密度高于2 300 kg/m~3;孔隙率最大值为13.8%;冻融循环后,整体抗压强度高于20.2 MPa,强度损失率为17.5%。由此证明了20%替代率的再生PVC塑料混凝土力学性能和抗冻性能最佳。
【Abstract】 Using partially recycled plastic to replace fine aggregates in concrete achieves the effect of environmental protection construction. Using recycled polyvinyl chloride(PVC) plastic as raw material, plastic concrete was prepared at 20%, 25%, and 30% aggregate substitution rates. The compressive strength, flexural strength, density, porosity, and frost resistance of the samples were tested separately. The test results show that the compressive strength of recycled PVC plastic concrete with 20% substitution rate is 20 MPa-25 MPa; the maximum toughness is 3.78 MPa, and the minimum toughness is 2.29 MPa, both of which are higher than the ideal value; density is higher than 2 300 kg/m~3; the maximum porosity is 13.8%;after freeze-thaw cycles, the overall compressive strength is higher than 20.2 MPa, with a strength loss rate of 17.5%. This proves that the mechanical properties and frost resistance of recycled PVC plastic concrete with a 20% substitution rate are the best.
