【摘要】 我国农村地区的经济基础相对薄弱，环境污染尚未根本好转，污水处理短板突出，是乡村振兴的薄弱环节。在总结农村污水现状的基础上，以浙江省和四川省的县域行政区为例，调查了该部分地区农村或乡镇污水处理设施的建设和运行状况，分析了南方农村生活污水治理过程中存在的普遍共性问题，从污水收集调节、治污技术选择、污泥处理、设施设备管理、运行管理和政策等方面提出了具体建议。研究认为，为实现南方地区农村污水处理的可持续发展，有必要结合经济和社会发展的条件，因地制宜发展农村污水收集和处理技术体系，建立完善可靠的运维管理机制，强化政府监管与协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the economic foundation of rural areas in China is relatively weak, and environmental pollution has not fundamentally improved, the shortcoming of sewage treatment is prominent and becomes a vulnerable link in the revitalization of rural areas. Based on summarization of the current situation of rural sewage, the county-level administrative regions of Zhejiang and Sichuan were taken as examples to investigate the construction and operation of sewage treatment facilities in some rural or township areas. The common problems existing in the process of domestic sewage treatment in rural areas in the south was investigated, and specific suggestions were puts forward from aspects of sewage collection and regulation, selection of pollution control technology, sludge treatment, facility and equipment management, operation management and policy. It is concluded through the study that in order to achieve sustainable development of rural sewage treatment in the southern China, it is necessary to develop a rural sewage collection and treatment technology system according to local conditions and in combination with the conditions of economic and social development, establish a sound and reliable operation and maintenance management mechanism, and strengthen government supervision and coordination.更多还原
