环境因子对藏仓鼠种群遗传多样性的影响
Effects of Environmental Factors on Genetic Diversity of Cricetulus kamensis Populations
【摘要】 为探讨环境因子对藏仓鼠Cricetulus kamensis种群遗传多样性的影响,基于4个线粒体串联序列计算了藏仓鼠不同地理种群的遗传多样性,并通过冗余分析和多元线性回归分析其种群遗传多样性与环境因子的关系。结果表明:藏仓鼠种群单倍型多样性较高而遗传多样性较低;藏南种群表现出较高的遗传多样性,其中定日种群遗传多样性最高(π=0.016);冗余分析和多元线性回归结果表明,地理和环境因子对藏仓鼠种群遗传多样性的影响不显著;位点模型在3个线粒体蛋白编码基因中未检测到正选择信号,表明环境压力对遗传变异的选择作用较小;空间自相关分析表明,成对遗传距离与地理距离之间存在显著正相关性(P<0.01),地理障碍导致的基因流动受限而呈现出距离隔离效应。综上所述,环境因子对适应了高原环境的藏仓鼠种群遗传多样性表现出较小的影响,而地理屏障对种群间的基因交流影响较大。
【Abstract】 Genetic diversity is an indicator of biodiversity and adaptability in animals, which is affected by environmental factors. This study evaluated the genetic diversity of different geographic populations of Tibetan hamster(Cricetulus kamensis) using 4 mtDNA concatenated sequence to investigate the impact of environmental factors. Redundancy analysis(RDA) and multiple linear regression were used to assess correlations between genetic diversity metrics and environmental variables. The results indicated that Tibetan hamster populations exhibit relatively higher haplotype diversity but low overall genetic diversity. The populations in the Southern Xizang showed higher genetic diversity compared to other biogeographical populations, with the Tingri population exhibiting the highest (π =0. 016). RDA and regression analyses revealed no statistically significant association between environmental factors and genetic diversity metrics. Similarly, locus model detected no positively selected signal in 3 mitochondrial protein-coding genes, suggesting limited environmental-driven genetic variation. However, spatial autocorrelation analysis demonstrated a significant positive correlation between pairwise genetic distances and geographical distances(P<0. 01), reflecting isolation-by-distance dynamics and restricted gene flow across geographical barriers. These findings collectively emphasize that geographic isolation, rather than environmental factors, plays a predominant role in shaping the genetic structure of Tibetan hamsters.
