Ⅱ型全功率变速抽水蓄能机组稳定性分析及参数优化

【摘要】 全功率变速抽水蓄能机组凭借其优异的性能及逐渐降低的成本成为了保障未来电力系统安全稳定灵活运行的重要设备,而II型全功率变速抽水蓄能机组因较平稳的转速变化有效预防了传统功率优先控制所引发的轴系损伤问题。II型全功率变速抽水蓄能机组的控制策略可细分为转速优先控制及最优转速控制,其中后者在一些常规性能方面优于前者,但转速及功率同时动作所引发的机组失稳风险尚未被纳入研究。因此,建立了两类控制策略下机组的小信号模型,并利用劳斯判据分别进行了稳定边界分析,结果显示二者稳定边界均类似双曲线,但最优转速控制下机组的稳定域明显小于转速优先控制。在此结果上,提出了一种稳定边界简化形式,并据此给出了调速系统控制参数较优取值的简便计算方法,为II型全功率变速抽水蓄能机组的稳定性分析及参数优化提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 With its excellent performance and gradually decreasing cost, full-power variable-speed pumped storage units(full-power VSPS) have become the important equipment to ensure the safe, stable and flexible operation of future power systems, and the type-Ⅱ full-power VSPS can effectively prevent the shaft damage caused by traditional power priority control due to their relatively stable speed changes. The control strategy of type-Ⅱ full-power VSPS can be further divided into speed priority control and optimal speed control. The latter is superior to the former in some conventional performances, but the risk of unit instability caused by the simultaneous action of speed and power has not been included in the study. On this basis, the small signal model of the unit under the two types of control strategies is established, and the Routh criterion is used to analyze the stability boundaries of them respectively. The results show that the stability boundaries of the two are similar to hyperbolas, but the stability domain of the unit under optimal speed control is significantly smaller than that under speed priority control. So a simplified form of stability boundary is proposed, and based on this, a simple calculation method for optimal value of control parameters of governor system is given, which can provide a certain reference for the stability analysis and parameter optimization of type-Ⅱ full-power VSPS.
