四川省喜马拉雅旱獭分布调查与潜在分布区预测

Distribution survey and habitat suitability prediction of Himalayan Marmots(Marmota himalayana) in Sichuan Province

【摘要】 根据2021—2024年四川省草原有害生物普查数据,分析了喜马拉雅旱獭洞口的发现与调查频次、海拔、洞口间最近距离与洞口密度,并通过最大熵模型对草原喜马拉雅旱獭潜在分布区进行了预测。结果显示:全省有28个县发现并调查到了喜马拉雅旱獭,调查点海拔平均3 904m,洞口距离平均为3 475m,洞口密度平均为0.082 79个/km~2;四川省喜马拉雅旱獭适生区(发生概率0.20以上)包括阿坝州全境、甘孜州全境和雅安市宝兴县、凉山州木里县,各地类面积共73 885.6km~2,极高适宜度区域(发生概率0.80以上)包括阿坝州7个县,甘孜州12个县,面积共8 179.2 km~2。本文为监测和防治工作提供了依据,路线调查+适生区划分的方法为喜马拉雅旱獭及其它动植物大尺度分布情况调查提供了一种思路和方法。

【Abstract】 Based on the 2021-2024 grassland pest census data from Sichuan Province, this study analyzed the discovery frequency, elevation, nearest-neighbor distance, and density of Himalayan marmot(Marmota himalayana) burrows, and predicted their potential distribution using the Maximum Entropy(MaxEnt) model. The results showed that:(1) Himalayan marmots were observed in 28 counties across the province, with burrows located at an average elevation of 3,904 m, exhibiting an average inter-burrow distance of 3,475 m and a density of 0.08279 burrows/km~2;(2) Suitable habitats(occurrence probability >0.20) covered the entire Aba and Ganzi prefectures, as well as Baoxing County(Ya’an City) and Muli County(Liangshan Prefecture), totaling 73,885.6 km~2, while highly suitable habitats(occurrence probability >0.81) were concentrated in 7 counties of Aba and 12 counties of Ganzi, covering 8,179.2 km~2. This study provides a scientific basis for monitoring and control efforts, and demonstrates that the combined approach of transect surveys and habitat suitability modeling offers an effective methodology for large-scale distribution studies of Himalayan marmots and other wildlife species.
