豆禾混播对云南昭通退化草地生物量和土壤的影响
Impact of legume-grass mixture sowing on biomass and soil of degraded grasslands in Zhaotong, Yunnan
【摘要】 补播是退化草地改良最有效的手段之一。本研究以云南省昭通市经过饲草补播的退化草地为研究对象,通过分析地上生物量与土壤关键养分含量的变化,揭示白三叶(H)、黑麦草(S)、鸭茅(D)3个物种各4组补播量的14种组合对退化草地生物量以及土壤养分的影响。研究发现,补播3年后,处理组H2S2D2能显著提高退化草地补播物种生物量和群落总生物量,与未补播相比,分别提高了119.0%和48.2%。补播后,不同处理组合对土壤有机质、全氮磷钾和有效氮磷钾含量的影响程度不一,有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾的最大增幅值分别为16.8%、13.1%、8.9%和12.9%,而水解氮、有效磷和有效钾的最大增幅值为9.6%、58.0%和26.9%。所有处理的土壤养分指标与未补播处理之间均没有显著差异。种子补播量、生物量与土壤养分指标之间的相关关系也不显著。
【Abstract】 Reseeding is one of the most effective methods for improving degraded grasslands. This study focuses on degraded grasslands in Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, China, that have undergone forage reseeding. By analyzing changes in aboveground biomass and key soil nutrient content, the research revealed the impact of 14 different combinations of reseeding rates for three species—white clover(Trifolium repens), ryegrass(Lolium multiflorum), and orchard grass(Lolium multiflorum)—on the biomass of degraded grasslands and soil nutrients.The study found that three years after reseeding, the H2S2D2 treatment significantly increased the biomass of reseeded species and the total community biomass in the degraded grassland, with 119.0% and 48.2% of increases, respectively, compared to non-reseeded areas.After reseeding, different treatment combinations had varying effects on soil organic matter, total nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and available nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium content. The maximum increase rates of organic matter, total nitrogen,total phosphorus, and total potassium were 16.8%, 13.1%, 8.9%, and 12.9%, respectively, while the maximum increase rates of hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, and available potassium were 9.6%, 58.0%, and 26.9%, respectively. There were no significant differences between soil nutrient parameters of treatments and the non-reseeded control. Additionally, the correlations between reseeding rate, biomass,and soil nutrient parameters were not significant.
