杜蒙刺果甘草新品种选育
Breeding of new varieties of Du Meng Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.
【摘要】 为应对东北地区生态修复中草品种资源短缺的问题,致力于培育出产量丰富、繁殖力强、生态修复效率高的草种。自2006年起,在黑龙江省杜蒙县(敖林西伯乡)采集了野生草种样本,并从2007年开始对刺果甘草进行了系统的驯化工作,最终成功培育出适应当地环境的杜蒙刺果甘草。结果显示:在品种比较试验中,杜蒙刺果甘草的干草产量、越冬率、修复速率和蛋白含量高,分别为17 242.3kg/hm~2、96.8%、76d、20.51%。因此,杜蒙刺果甘草新品种(黑龙江省审定编号:CDV-2024-003)一致性好,适应性强,生态修复效率高,草产量高,草品质好,可用于东北地区退化草地生态修复及边际土壤修复。
【Abstract】 In order to cope with the shortage of grass varieties in ecological restoration in Northeast China,we are committed to cultivating grass species with abundant yield,strong fecundity and high ecological restoration efficiency.Since 2006,samples of wild grass species have been collected in Dumeng County (Aolin Xibo Township) in Heilongjiang Province,and since 2007,the systematic domestication of Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.has been carried out,and finally the Du Meng Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.licorice adapted to the local environment has been successfully cultivated.The results showed that in the variety comparison test,the hay yield,overwintering rate,repair rate and protein content of Du Meng Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.were high,which were 17242.3kg/hm~2,96.8%,76 days and 20.51%,respectively.Therefore,the new variety of Du Meng Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora Maxim.(Heilongjiang Province Approval No.:CDV-2024-003) has good consistency,strong adaptability,high ecological restoration efficiency,high grass yield and good grass quality,and can be used for ecological restoration and marginal soil remediation of degraded grassland in Northeast China.
