【摘要】 伴随数字时代的来临，我国社会保障体系备受挑战。从马克思社会保障思想出发，现代社会保障体系遵循资本增殖的工具理性逻辑，在实践中会引发忽视“人的主体性”的非理性后果。数字时代社会保障的工具理性逻辑一方面正在被生产方式和知识变革解构，另一方面在延续其非理性后果，导致社会保障体系需要面对工业社会的结构性矛盾、数字时代的冲击，以及二者的叠加效应。面对挑战，人的主体性复归为社会保障提供了发展方向，而内生人民性作为对人的主体性的继承与本土化发展，能够实现人的主体性的全面复归。在实践中，可通过探索非正规就业者合作联社等形式，用内生人民性逻辑修正工具理性逻辑，探索新的组织基础和整合力量，完善数字时代的社会保障体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the digital age unfolds, China’s social security system faces significant challenges.Drawing on Marx’s social security thought, this study argues that modern social security frameworks are driven by an instrumental rationality focused on capital accumulation—a logic that, in practice,leads to irrational outcomes by neglecting human subjectivity. On one hand, this instrumental rationality is being deconstructed by transformations in production methods and shifts in knowledge;on the other, it continues to generate adverse consequences. Consequently, the social security system must confront not only the structural contradictions inherited from industrial society but also the disruptive impacts of the digital era and their compounded effects. In response, the reassertion of human subjectivity of ers a viable developmental direction. In particular, the concept of an endogenous people-centered nature—which represents a localized and inheritable manifestation of human subjectivity—provides a pathway for its comprehensive restoration. In practical terms, exploring cooperative models among informal workers may help recalibrate the prevailing instrumental rationality by adopting an endogenous people-centered logic, thereby forging new organizational foundations and integrated strengths for an enhanced social security system in the digital age.更多还原
