【摘要】 目的 调查临床护士对随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial, RCT)基本知识的知晓情况，分析影响因素。方法 在2023年12月至2024年1月期间，通过问卷星平台，以便利抽样法抽取江苏、安徽、甘肃等地的三甲医院临床护士，对其进行RCT基本知识知晓情况及影响因素线上调查，采用描述性统计、卡方检验、logistic回归模型分析调查结果。结果 通过卡方检验，不同学历、外语水平、日常工作中是否经常检索文献、未来是否有科研规划、近三年是否参加过RCT相关知识培训护士对比，P<0.05。将单因素分析结果中有统计学意义的因素纳入二元Logistic回归分析模型，结果显示，未来是否有科研规划、日常工作中是否经常检索文献、近三年是否参加过RCT相关知识培训是临床护士对RCT认知情况的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 受多种因素影响，临床护士对RCT基本知识的知晓率低，应以科室为单位，建立RCT课题管理组，为临床护士在日常工作中发现并展开科研设计提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the knowledge of clinical nurses about randomized controlled trial(RCT) and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:From December 2023 to January 2024,clinical nurses from Grade A hospitals in Jiangsu、Anhui、Gansu and other places were selected by convenient sampling method, and their awareness of RCT basic knowledge and influencing factors were investigated online.Descriptive statistics、chi-square test and logistic regression model were used to analyze the survey results.Results:Through chi-square test, the nurses with different educational background、foreign language level、whether they often search documents in their daily work、whether they have scientific research plans in the future, and whether they have participated in RCT-related knowledge training in the past three years are compared, P<0.05.The statistically significant factors in the univariate analysis results were included in the binary Logistic regression analysis model, the results showed that whether there was a scientific research plan in the future, whether literature was frequently searched in daily work, and whether clinical nurses had participated in RCT-related knowledge training in recent three years were the influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion:Influenced by many factors, clinical nurses’ awareness rate of basic knowledge of RCT is low.RCT project management group should be established by departments to provide reference for clinical nurses to discover and develop scientific research design in their daily work.更多还原
