【摘要】 目的 观察在维奈克拉联合阿扎胞苷治疗的老年初治急性髓系白血病患者中应用延续性护理的效果。方法 选择汉中市中心医院血液风湿病科收治的80例老年初治急性髓系白血病患者，治疗时间2022年1月至2024年1月，通过随机数字表法将患者分入两组，对照组和观察组均分入40例。两组均采取实施维奈克拉联合阿扎胞苷治疗，同时给予对照组常规护理，给予观察组延续性护理。比较两组总体疗效。结果 与对照组比较，观察组各项临床指标、血液指标、肿瘤标志物、T淋巴细胞免疫指标、生活质量均更优，P<0.05。观察组药物毒副反应发生率与对照组对比，P>0.05。结论 对老年初治急性髓系白血病患者采用延续性护理对于临床指标、血液指标、肿瘤标志物、免疫功能与生活质量均具有显著改善效果，且安全系数高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of continuous nursing in the treatment of aged patients with acute myeloid leukemia treated by Vinekera combined with azacytidine.Methods:80 patients with acute myeloid leukemia treated in the Department of Hematology and Rheumatology of Hanzhong Central Hospital were selected, and the treatment time was from January 2022 to January 2024. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group were divided into 40 cases.Both groups were treated with venacla combined with azacytidine, while the control group was given routine care and the observation group was given continuous care. The overall curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results:Compared with the control group, the clinical indexes、blood indexes、tumor markers、T lymphocyte immune indexes and quality of life in the observation group were better, P<0.05.Compared with the control group, the incidence of drug side effects in the observation group was P>0.05.Conclusion:Continuous nursing care for the elderly patients with acute myeloid leukemia has a significant improvement effect on clinical indicators、blood indicators、tumor markers、immune function and quality of life, and the safety factor is high.更多还原
