【摘要】 广泛期小细胞肺癌患者后线无标准治疗，预后差，生存期短。近年来，免疫联合放疗的研究取得进展。有学者提出低剂量放疗联合免疫治疗的新思路。国内外基础研究均表明，低剂量放疗可通过激活淋巴细胞，增敏免疫治疗。此外，低剂量放疗联合免疫的不良反应小、耐受性好，在肿瘤治疗中展现出一定的疗效，被临床广泛报道。本研究报道了8例广泛期小细胞肺癌患者后线治疗中应用低剂量放疗联合免疫治疗的临床特点，其中有2例患者获得临床影像学缓解。通过本研究发现，该病患者的疗效可能与患者体能状态和基础淋巴细胞的数量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is no standard treatment for patients with extensive small cell lung cancer, with poor prognosis and short survival period. In recent years, the research of immune combined radiotherapy has made progress. Some scholars put forward a new idea of low-dose radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy. Basic research at home and abroad shows that low-dose radiotherapy can enhance immunotherapy by activating lymphocytes. In addition, low-dose radiotherapy combined with immunization has little adverse reaction and good tolerance, which shows a certain curative effect in tumor treatment and is widely reported in clinic. This study reported the clinical characteristics of low-dose radiotherapy combined with immunotherapy in 8 patients with extensive small cell lung cancer, of which 2 patients were relieved by clinical imaging. Through this study, it is found that the curative effect of patients with this disease may be related to their physical condition and the number of basic lymphocytes.更多还原
