主燃级参数对中心分级燃烧室NO_x排放的影响规律研究
Influence of Main Combustion Stage Parameters on NO_x Emissions of Central Staged Combustor
【摘要】 针对中心分级燃烧室,通过高温高压实验研究了主燃级旋流数、出口轴向速度、套筒张角等主燃级结构参数和压力、温度、油气比、分级比等气动参数对NO_x排放的影响规律.结果表明,主燃级旋流数0.7头部方案的NO_x排放最少;随着主燃级出口轴向速度的增大,NO_x的排放减少;在20°~30°范围内,随着主燃级套筒张角变大,NO_x的排放增多.主、预燃级同时工作时,主燃级旋流数0.9头部方案的主燃级NO_x的排放最少,主燃级出口轴向速度70 m/s头部方案的NO_x排放最少;在20°~30°范围内,随着主燃级套筒张角变大,NO_x的排放减少.
【Abstract】 For the central graded combustor,the influence of structural parameters such as swirl number,axial velocity at the outlet,and sleeve angle of the main combustion stage,and aerodynamic parameters such as pressure,temperature,oil gas ratio,and classification ratio on NO_x emission are studied through high temperature and high pressure experiments. The results show that when the pre combustion stage works alone,the NO_x emissions of the swirl number of 0.7 in the main combustion stage are the lowest;as the axial velocity at the outlet of the main combustion stage increases,NO_x emissions decrease;within the range of 20°—30°,as the angle of the main combustion stage sleeve increases,NO_x emissions increase. When the main and pre combustion stages work simultaneously,the main combustion stage with the swirl number of 0.9 has the lowest NO_x emissions,while the main combustion stage with an axial velocity of 70 m/s has the lowest NO_x emissions;within the range of 20°D30°,as the angle of the main combustion stage sleeve increases,NO_x emissions decrease.
