干酪乳酪杆菌Zhang对小鼠炎症性模型的改善作用

【摘要】 炎症性肠病(Inflammatory bowel disease, IBD)是一种肠道慢性炎症性疾病,其发病率呈稳步上升趋势。目前用于IBD治疗的药物具有较大副作用,而益生菌则是IBD潜在的预防和缓解剂。文章评价了干酪乳酪杆菌Zhang对葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS)诱导结肠炎小鼠的改善作用。结果表明,干酪乳酪杆菌Zhang能够改善DSS诱导结肠炎小鼠的肠上皮屏障完整性,显著降低小鼠血清中IL-17A、IFN-γ和TNF-α促炎细胞因子含量(P<0.05),显著增加了乙酸、丙酸、戊酸和己酸等短链脂肪酸含量(P<0.05),因此,干酪乳酪杆菌Zhang有被开发为预防或缓解IBD新型益生菌候选物的潜力。

【Abstract】 Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the intestinal tract with a steadily increasing incidence. Current drugs for the treatment of IBD have significant side effects, so probiotics are potential prophylactic and palliative agents for IBD. In this study, we evaluated the ameliorative effect of Lacticaseibacillus casei Zhang on dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced colitis in mice. The results showed that the Lacticaseibacillus casei Zhang could improve the integrity of intestinal epithelial barrier in mice with DSS-induced colitis, and significantly reduce the levels of IL-17A, IFN-γ and TNF-α in the serum of mice with DSS-induced colitis(P<0.05), and the proinflammatory cytokine level of IL-17A, IFN-γ and TNF-α in the serum of mice with DSS-induced colitis was significantly lower than that of mice without DSS-induced colitis(P<0.05), the contents of acetic acid, propionic acid, valproic acid and hexanoic short-chain fatty acid were significantly increased(P<0.05). In summary, Lacticaseibacillus casei Zhang has the potential to be developed as a novel probiotic candidate to prevent or alleviate IBD.
