【摘要】 在全球化背景下，基于建构性视角的中国国家叙事学和中国话语学研究，尚在起步阶段，并未系统解决“说什么—怎么说—怎么做”三大核心问题。对此，可基于管仲“家—乡—国—天下”层级治国思想和实践方法论，从民族国家叙事、城乡行业发展叙事、百姓日常生活叙事三个基本维度，建构大、中、小三个叙事层次的中国话语和中国叙事体系，即通过“以国为国，以天下为天下”的大叙事，确立文明坐标，提供意义框架；通过“以乡为乡”的中叙事，建构经验证据，阐释发展理性；通过“以家为家”的微小叙事，激活情感共鸣，实现价值共振。通过建立意义循环机制、动态调适机制和跨媒介叙事机制，最终形成“从分层传播到意义共生”的三维叙事协同机制，为国际传播提供兼具“文明机理—实践动能—人性温度”的实践方法论。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of globalization,research on Chinese national narratology and discourse studies from a constructive perspective remains in its nascent stage and has yet to systematically resolve the three core issues of "what to convey—how to convey it—how to act." To address this,by leveraging Guan Zhong’s hierarchical governance philosophy and practical methodology of "family—community—state—world," a Chinese discourse and narrative system can be constructed across three fundamental dimensions:national narratives,urban-rural and industrial development narratives,and everyday-life narratives.These correspond to macro-level,meso-level,and micro-level narratives respectively.Specifically,the macro-narrative of "governing a state as a state,managing the world as the world" establishes civilizational coordinates and offers a meaning framework.The meso-narrative of "treating communities as communities" constructs empirical evidence and clarifies the development rationale.The micro-narrative of "treating families as families" activates emotional resonance and cultivates shared values.By establishing a meaning-circulation mechanism,a dynamic-adjustment mechanism,and a cross-media narrative mechanism,it ultimately forms a three-dimensional narrative coordination mechanism that transitions "from layered dissemination to meaning symbiosis."
