【Abstract】 When countries of the Global South confront structural inequality and an inequitable distribution of benefits within the international order,they often face three classic dilemmas in pursuing their own development and supplying global public goods:how to draw on international experience,how to advance national development,and how to engage in international cooperation by providing external development resources.Chinese modernization offers developing nations a viable path to integrate effectively into the international order while safeguarding their own independent development,pioneers a new model that coordinates the synergy of government,market,and society,and exemplifies the construction of a new global development governance mechanisms based on extensive con sultation,joint contribution,and shared benefits.更多还原
