【Abstract】 In order to safeguard high-quality development and high-level security through optimizing regional economic layout,it is necessary to clarify the dynamic evolution of regional development gap and its driving factors,and narrow the gap through measures such as factor flow,unified market construction and financial transfer payment.Specifically,it is necessary to optimize the "3+N" main functional zones system,promote the dynamic adjustment of functional zones and the coordination of composite functions,strengthen the leading role of coastal areas as economic growth poles,and promote the integration of science and innovation industries in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta,and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In addition,a more balanced and secure spatial pattern should be built through the cultivation of urban development of metropolitan areas,the creation of new growth poles in inter-provincial border areas,the reconstruction of local competition mechanisms,and the enhancement of subregional resilience.更多还原
