【摘要】 20世纪80年代后，国际关系研究逐渐形成两个主要分支：国际政治经济学和国际安全学。21世纪初，西方学术界在整合国际政治经济学和国际安全学研究议题的基础上，逐渐形成新的研究范式——国际关系与国际法。国际关系与国际法研究通过国际关系中的权力和政治，以及国际法中的规则和规范两对核心概念构建理论分析范式，寻求国际关系研究的三大传统理论视角(现实主义、自由主义和建构主义)与国际法两大传统理论视角(实证主义和现实主义)逻辑上的关联性，形成了独特的理论视角和逻辑框架。作为统合与竞争形成的跨学科研究路径，国际关系与国际法研究的议题主要可分为世界政治中的法律和主权、国际关系中的法律与武力、全球社会中的法律与权责三大类。面对世界百年未有之大变局，以构建人类命运共同体为价值理念构建中国全球治理自主知识体系，是学术界需要重点考虑的内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the 1980s,the study of international relations gradually formed two main branches:international political economy and international security.At the beginning of the 21st century,based on integrating the research topics of international political economy and international security,a new research paradigm was gradually formed—international relations and international law.The study of international relations and international law constructs a theoretical analysis paradigm through the two core concepts of power and politics in international relations,as well as rules and norms in international law,and seeks the logical correlation between the three traditional theoretical perspectives of international relations research (realism,liberalism and constructivism) and the two traditional theoretical perspectives of international law (positivism and realism),forming a unique theoretical perspective and logical framework.As an interdisciplinary research path formed by integration and competition,the topics of international relations and international law research can be divided into three categories:law and sovereignty in world politics,law and force in international relations,and law and rights and responsibilities in global society.In the face of the great changes in the world unseen in a century,it is important for the academic community to build an independent knowledge system of China’s global governance based on the value concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind.更多还原
