【摘要】 推进中国式现代化，“银发力量”不可或缺。新时代的老年社会参与不仅是老年人个人权利和选择，更上升为具有社会经济意义的社会行动类别。与中国式现代化的目标相适应，从老年社会参与的目标、主体、特征、内容、形式和价值的不同维度，对新时代中国老年社会参与的内涵进行诠释。进入新时代，随着参与的主体、领域和价值不断拓展，我国老年社会参与在劳动就业、志愿服务、老年教育、数字参与中面临新形势和新机遇，老年人的参与需求更加多元化，参与形式与内容也在不断创新。但是，当前老年社会参与也面临着制度空缺与衔接不畅、组织体系不健全、能力支撑不足、参与机会不平等、传统观念制约、数字技术鸿沟等挑战。需要政府、市场和社会等多元主体协同，立足政策和实践的不同层面，从制度设计、组织建设、机会拓展、观念重塑、能力支撑和科技赋能等方面共同发力，以促进新时代老年社会参与高质量发展，助力中国式现代化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The “elderly power” is indispensable to the promotion of Chinese-style modernization. The social participation of the elderly in the new era is not only a matter of individual rights and choices for older adults, but also rises to the level of a category of social action with socio-economic significance. In line with the goal of Chinese-style modernization, the connotation of social participation of the elderly in China in the new era has been interpreted in terms of the goals, subjects, characteristics, contents, forms and values of social participation of the elderly in different dimensions. Entering the new era, as the subjects, fields and values of participation continue to expand, China’s social participation of the elderly in employment, voluntary service, education and digital participation are facing new situations and new opportunities, and the participation needs of the elderly have become more diversified, with the forms and contents of participation being constantly innovated. However, at present, social participation of the elderly also faces challenges such as institutional vacancies and poor articulation, inadequate organisational systems, unequal opportunities for participation, insufficient capacity support, constraints in traditional concepts, and the digital technology divide. It is necessary for the government, the market and society to work together, based on different levels of policy and practice, and to make joint efforts in terms of institutional design, organisational construction, opportunity expansion, conceptual reshaping, capacity support and technological empowerment, in order to promote the high-quality development of gerontological social participation in the new era, and to assist in the construction of Chinesestyle modernization.更多还原
