【摘要】 本文针对传统OCR技术在处理复杂格式证书时存在的效率低下和准确率不高的问题,提出了一种基于模板的新型证书OCR方法。该方法通过为每种证书设计专属模板,实现对证书内容的分块裁剪,并利用多线程实现并发识别,显著提高了证书信息识别速度和准确率。实验结果表明,该方法在处理复杂格式证书时明显优于传统方法,具有广泛的应用潜力,可应用于企业人力资源管理、教育认证、政府档案管理等多个领域,为证书信息的数字化处理提供了一种高效、可靠的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article proposes a new template based certificate OCR method to address the issues of low efficiency and accuracy in traditional OCR technology when processing complex format certificates. This method achieves block cropping of certificate content by designing exclusive templates for each certificate, and utilizes multi threading for concurrent recognition, significantly improving the speed and accuracy of certificate information recognition. The experimental results show that this method is significantly superior to traditional methods in processing complex format certificates, and has broad application potential.
