论全面的儿童发展观:基于教育学视角

On the Construction of Comprehensive View of Children’s Development: Based on the Perspective of Pedagogy

【摘要】 教育强国背景下,建构“全面的儿童发展观”不仅是推进教育现代化、促进儿童全面发展的应有之义,更是推动人的全面发展和实现社会全面进步的前提条件。教育学视角下“全面的儿童发展观”是指教育应促进儿童作为整全之人的全方位发展,既要促进儿童在生物、社会和民族国家三层属性上的全面发展,也要激发儿童的发展潜能、保障儿童的普遍权利,更要维护儿童价值和自由,提升儿童生活质量和幸福感。儿童权利保障是儿童发展的法理基底,儿童三层属性的全面发展、生活质量及其幸福感的发展是儿童“此在”的发展,儿童潜能是儿童“彼在”的发展,儿童的价值和自由则是儿童的高层次发展,这些要素最终指向儿童完整、幸福而有意义地生长,构成了儿童存在与发展的永恒主题。这为从整全育人的思维来理解、尊重和支持儿童的全方位发展提供了启示。

【Abstract】 In the context of education power, constructing comprehensive view of children’s development is conducive to promote educational modernization and all-around development of children and the prerequisite to promote all-around development of human beings and achieve comprehensive social progress. From the perspective of pedagogy, comprehensive view of children’s development means that education should promote all-round development of children as “whole people”, which means promoting the comprehensive development of children’s biological, social and national attributes, stimulating their potential for development, safeguarding their universal right, upholding their value and freedom, and improving their life quality and happiness. Safeguarding children’s right is the legal guarantee for their development. All-round development of the above attributes and the development of life quality and happiness is their “present” development, the development of potential is their “future” development, and the development of value and freedom is their high-level development. These elements ultimately lead to children’s complete, happy and meaningful growth and constitute the eternal theme of their existence and development, which provides insight for understanding and respecting and supporting children’s all-round development.
