润滑介质对齿轮微点蚀的影响及研究进展
Effect of Lubricating Medium on Micropitting of Gears and Research Progress
【摘要】 微点蚀是一种在齿轮传动接触表面发生的金属疲劳现象,表现为金属表面发生裂纹或材料转移,其产生机制及影响因素较为复杂,对以齿轮传动为主的高端装备的可靠运行和快速发展带来严重挑战。综述了齿轮微点蚀的研究进展,涉及机械加工工艺、工况条件、齿轮设计及润滑介质等方面的影响因素;重点讨论了润滑介质的环境条件以及关键组分的化学组成等对齿轮微点蚀的影响,探讨了诸如离子液体、纳米润滑材料和润滑涂层等新型润滑材料技术在预防微点蚀方面所发挥的作用;基于齿轮微点蚀的关键影响因素,提出了预防和控制微点蚀的解决方案,强调了利用学科交叉融合优势建立高效微点蚀评价技术的重要性。
【Abstract】 Micropitting, a metal fatigue phenomenon observed on the contact surface of gear motion, is characterized by the appearance of cracks or material transfer on the metal surface.The generation mechanism and influencing factors of micropitting are intricate and complex, posing significant challenges to the reliable operation and rapid development of high-end equipment that relies primarily on gear transmission.This review provides an in-depth analysis of the current research advancements in the field of gear micropitting, with a focus on key factors such as machining processes, operational conditions, gear design parameters, and lubrication media.A detailed examination of the environmental conditions of the lubrication medium and the chemical composition of critical components was conducted to assess their impact on gear micropitting.Additionally, the role of emerging lubrication material technologies in mitigating micropitting was explored, including ionic liquids, nano-lubrication materials, and advanced lubrication coatings.Based on the key influencing factors of micropitting in gears, solutions for preventing and controlling micropitting were proposed, emphasizing the importance of developing efficient micropitting evaluation technology by integrating interdisciplinary advantages.
