抗磨剂与分散剂对自动变速器油摩擦性能的影响

【摘要】 研究自动变速器油(ATF)中抗磨剂酸性硫代磷酸酯(AW1)与分散剂丁二酰亚胺(DI1)的协同作用及其对ATF抗颤性能和摩擦耐久性的影响。采用小型纸盘-钢盘摩擦试验机(Wazua试验机)、扫描电镜、X射线能谱和石英晶体微天平等,对比分析不同配比添加剂的ATF在摩擦特性、表面形貌及元素组成等方面的表现。结果表明:AW1具有较强极性和吸附能力,大量添加时会优先吸附于摩擦表面,阻碍其他添加剂协同作用,导致摩擦性能恶化,表现为抗颤性下降、耐久性减弱以及表面腐蚀和漆膜生成加剧;而DI1的加入可通过竞争性吸附有效抑制AW1过度吸附,改善摩擦界面性能,减少表面成漆现象及腐蚀风险,提升抗颤性和摩擦耐久性;AW1与DI1的复配展现出良好协同效应,优化了摩擦界面的化学和物理特性。研究结果为ATF中抗磨剂与分散剂的合理配比及配方设计提供了理论依据和实验支持。

【Abstract】 The synergistic effects of the anti-wear additive AW1 and the dispersant DI1 on the anti-shudder performance and friction durability of automatic transmission fluid(ATF) were investigated.The paper-disc/steel-disc friction tester(Wazau friction tester),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray spectroscopy, and quartz crystal microbalance were conducted to analyze the friction characteristics, surface morphology, and elemental composition of ATF with varying additive ratios.The results indicate that AW1′s strong polarity and adsorption capacity hinder the synergistic action of other additives when using in high content, resulting in deteriorated friction performance, reduced anti-shudder capability, weakened durability, and increased surface corrosion and varnish formation.In contrast, the addition of DI1 effectively inhibits the excessive adsorption of AW1 through competitive adsorption, improving the friction interface properties, reducing varnish and corrosion risks, and enhancing both anti-shudder performance and friction durability.The combination of AW1 and DI1 demonstrates significant synergistic effects, optimizing the chemical and physical properties of the friction interface.This study provides a theoretical basis and experimental support for the rational formulation and design of anti-wear additives and dispersants in ATF.
