蓖麻油基可加工型柔性环氧类玻璃聚合物的制备与性能
Preparation and properties of reprocessable flexible epoxy vitrimers based on castor oil
【摘要】 以天然蓖麻油酸(RA)为原料,分别与甲基纳迪克酸酐(MNA)和衣康酸酐(IA)发生酯化反应,制备了两种新型的融合羧基和动态酯键的环氧树脂固化剂RAMNA和RAIA,红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱分析证明目标产物成功制备,并对其固化的环氧产物的的力学性能、热性能进行了分析。结果表明,制备的聚合物材料的玻璃化转变温度均接近于室温。所有聚合物材料均具有良好的热稳定性,失重阶段的热初始分解温度在320℃以上,RAMNA固化的环氧产物具有更高的断裂伸长率和抗冲击性能。酯交换催化剂锌盐的添加对材料的力学性能影响较小,添加锌盐的环氧固化体系具有类玻璃体的可再加工特性。该环氧固化剂制备工艺简单,绿色环保,可适用于环氧体系的增韧改性剂,有望在胶粘剂、涂料、路面铺装等领域获得广泛应用。
【Abstract】 Using natural ricinoleic acid(RA)as raw material, two novel epoxy curing agents RAMNA and RAIA containing carboxyl groups and dynamic ester bonds were prepared by esterification of ricinoleic acid(RA)with methyl nadic anhydride(MNA)and itaconic anhydride(IA)respectively. The FTIR and~1H-NMR analysis demonstrated the successful preparation of target products. The mechanical and thermal properties of the their epoxy cured products were investigated. The results showed that the glass transition temperatures of the prepared polymer materials were all close to room temperature. All polymer materials had excellent thermal stability,and the initial thermal decomposition temperature in the weight loss stage was above 320 ℃. The epoxy products cured with RAMNA had higher elongation at break and impact resistance than RAIA curing system.The addition of zinc salt in transesterification catalyst had little influence on the mechanical properties of the polymers, and the epoxy cured system with zinc salt added had reprocessable characteristics like vitrimers. The preparation process of the epoxy curing agent is simple and environmentally friendly. They can be used as toughening modifiers for epoxy cross-linking system, and are expected to be widely used in adhesives, coatings, paving and other fields.
