【摘要】 介绍林国华教授运用岭南火针治疗难治部位带状疱疹的临床经验。岭南火针是结合岭南地区的地域特点及岭南人的体质特点所形成的特色疗法。林国华教授结合岭南地区气候特点，以其经穴术的学术思想为指导，以辨病、辨经为取穴基础，借助岭南火针温、通、补、清、消的治疗作用治疗难治部分如头面部、四肢、会阴等处带状疱疹，可取得良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces Professor LIN Guohua’s clinical experience in treating herpes zoster in refractory areas with Lingnan fire needling therapy. Lingnan fire needling is a distinctive therapy developed by integrating the regional characteristics of the Lingnan region and the constitutional characteristics of its people. Guided by his academic philosophy of meridian-acupoint techniques and considering the climatic features of the Lingnan region,Professor LIN Guohua bases his acupoint selection rules on disease and meridian differentiation. Utilizing the therapeutic effects of Lingnan fire needling—warming,unblocking,tonifying,clearing,and resolving—he achieves favorable outcomes in treating herpes zoster in refractory areas such as the head,face,limbs,and perineal area.更多还原
