基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的平板清障车结构多目标优化
Multi-objective structure optimization of flat wrecker based on NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm
【摘要】 文中提出了一种基于NSGA-Ⅱ算法的平板清障车结构多目标优化方法,在保证清障车在实现结构轻量化的同时拥有更好的安全性能。首先在Ansys中建立有限元模型,获得了输入输出变量的参数文件,其中包括结构的优化设计样本点。然后借助Matlab平台使用NSGA-Ⅱ算法进行多目标优化,在Isight平台上对迭代过程进行监控,从托盘和托梁的Pareto解集中获得最优方案。最后与初始值进行比较,显示整车减重率为14.49%。
【Abstract】 A novel multi-objective structural optimization approach for flat wreckers, leveraging the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm, has been developed to ensure a lightweight design while enhancing safety performance. The process began with the construction of a finite element model in Ansys, from which input and output parameter files were generated, encompassing the optimal design sample points for the structure. Subsequently, utilizing the Matlab platform, the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was deployed for multi-objective optimization. The iterative optimization process was overseen by the i SIGHT platform, yielding the optimal scheme from the Pareto solution sets for both the tray and joist. Ultimately, the optimized design resulted in a 14.49% reduction in the vehicle’s weight compared to the initial configuration.
