【摘要】 随着海洋地位的提升，海权在国家战略层面扮演着重要作用。中国海权意识发端于清末，发展于民国时期，到今天已形成中国特色的海权理论体系。从被动认识海洋到主动经略海洋，翻译在中国海权意识的发展中起着不可替代的作用：一方面，翻译促进了国人海权意识的觉醒和发展，促进了中国海权观念的更新、中国海权的现代化与海洋治理创新；另一方面，中国海权理论的外译有助于西方更好地理解中国的海洋政策、战略目标及其背后的思想逻辑，从而减少误解和偏见，有利于国际间的沟通与合作。未来，翻译在传播中国海权理论与智慧方面发挥独特作用，为解决全球性海洋问题提供建设性的思路和方案，有利于促进构建公正合理的国际海洋秩序。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing status of the ocean, sea power plays an important role at the national strategic level. The awareness of maritime power in China, originated in the late Qing Dynasty, developed during the Republic of China period, has formed a theoretical system of maritime power with Chinese characteristics up to now. From passive understanding to active management,translation plays an irreplaceable role in the development of China′s sea power consciousness; on the other hand, the translation of China′s maritime power theory can help the Western better understand China′s maritime policies, strategic goals, and the underlying ideological logic, reduce misunderstandings and biases, and facilitate international communication and cooperation. And in the future,it will play a unique role in disseminating China′s maritime theory, provide constructive ideas and solutions for solving global ocean issues, and promote the construction of a fair and reasonable international maritime order.更多还原
