“人工智能+”背景下青少年体育训练研究

【摘要】 人工智能技术与青少年体育训练的深度融合,为体能训练与专项技能教学领域带来变革。智能可穿戴设备实现生理参数监测,深度学习算法构建个性化训练方案,计算机视觉分析动作技术细节,虚拟现实创设仿真训练环境,使训练过程精准化、智能化。智能训练系统通过数据驱动与实时反馈,促进技能习得效率提升,降低训练伤害风险,优化体能发展路径,加速专项技能掌握。智能化训练体系促进青少年运动能力全面发展,为现代体育训练体系建设奠定基础,展现“人工智能+”背景下青少年体育训练的应用前景与发展方向。

【Abstract】 The in-depth integration of artificial intelligence technology and youth sports training has brought about reforms in the fields of physical fitness training and specialized skill teaching. Intelligent wearable devices realize the monitoring of physiological parameters, deep learning algorithms construct personalized training programs, computer vision analyzes the details of movement technology, and virtual reality creates a simulated training environment, making the training process accurate and intelligent. The intelligent training system promotes the improvement of skill acquisition efficiency, reduces the risk of training injuries, optimizes the physical fitness development path, and accelerates the mastery of specialized skills through data-driven and real-time feedback. The intelligent training system promotes the all-round development of young people’s sports ability, lays the foundation for the construction of a modern sports training system, and shows the application prospects and development direction of youth sports training under the background of “Artificial Intelligence +”.
