【摘要】 本文以生本理念为核心，系统探讨了高校学生教育管理路径的优化策略。研究首先从哲学认知、代际特征和制度缺陷三个维度解构传统管理模式的局限性，提出教育管理现代化的内涵重构方向。在此基础上，构建了精准化管理路径，包括基于大数据的个性化成长档案、分层分类的学业指导体系、特殊群体靶向干预机制等创新实践。进一步提出学生参与式协同治理机制，通过学生代表大会实质化运作、自治项目孵化培育、师生共治委员会等模式推动治理结构转型。同时，对管理服务体系进行生态化再造，涵盖一站式服务大厅功能升级、辅导员工作室专业化建设、宿舍社区化管理等具体举措。研究还设计了动态评价与质量提升体系，并探讨文化引领的柔性管理创新路径。全文通过多维度、系统化的分析，为生本理念下高校教育管理转型提供了理论框架和实践指南。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper,centered on the student-centered concept,systematically explores the optimization strategies for the educational management paths of college students. The research first deconstructs the limitations of the traditional management model from three dimensions:philosophical cognition,inter-generational characteristics,institutional flaws and proposes the direction of connotation reconstruction for the modernization of educational management. On this basis,a precise management path has been constructed,including innovative practices such as personalized growth files based on big data,a stratified and classified academic guidance system and targeted intervention mechanisms for special groups. Further propose a student-participatory collaborative governance mechanism and promote the transformation of the governance structure through models as the substantive operation of the student congress,the incubation and cultivation of autonomous projects,and the establishment of a co-governance committee by teachers and students.At the same time,ecological re-engineering of the management service system is carried out,covering specific measures such as the functional upgrade of the one-stop service hall,the professional construction of the counselor studio and the community-based management of dormitories. The research also designed a dynamic evaluation and quality improvement system and explored the innovative path of flexible management led by culture.
