PCN-250硅胶基质整体柱的制备及初步应用
Preparation and preliminary application of PCN-250 silica gel matrix monolithic columns
【摘要】 以正硅酸甲酯和甲基三甲氧基硅烷为硅胶基质前驱体,铁基金属有机骨架材料(PCN-250)为改性材料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备具有良好稳定性和优异分离性能的PCN-250硅胶基质毛细管整体柱。实验结果表明,该柱在10 min内可以分离2种芳香族医药中间体、3种碱性氨基酸和4种尼泊金酯,分离性能良好。
【Abstract】 The PCN-250 silica gel matrix capillary monolithic column with good stability and excellent separation performance was prepared by the sol-gel method using methyl orthosilicate and methyltrimethoxysilane as silica gel matrix precursors and iron-based metal organoskeleton material(PCN-250) as a modified material. The experimental results showed that the column could separate two aromatic pharmaceutical intermediates, three basic amino acids and four nipagin esters within 10 min with good separation performance.
