【摘要】 文章以红色司法档案为研究对象，围绕其在思想政治教育中的价值与实践创新展开系统研究。立足于党的二十大报告中“用好红色资源”的战略指引，聚焦红色司法档案这一记载中国共产党法治探索历程的重要载体，致力于破解当前高校思政教育中存在的内容抽象、方式单一、认同内化不足等现实问题。不仅确定其作为中国特色社会主义法治话语体系建构资源的重要地位，同时从政治认同、法治信仰与职业伦理三个维度分析红色司法档案的思政教育价值。在实践层面上提出技术赋能、叙事重构与协同育人“三位一体”的创新举措，为实现红色司法档案从历史记忆向教育动能转化提供可操作的方案，更为新时代法治人才培养和中国特色社会主义法治体系建设提供历史依据与学理支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper conducts a systematic study on red judicial archives,focusing on their value in ideological and political education and the practical pathways for their application. Guided by the strategic emphasis on “leveraging red resources” outlined in the Report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this research highlights red judicial archives as a key carrier capturing the history of the Party’s exploration of the rule of law. It aims to address persistent challenges in ideological and political education within higher education,such as overly abstract content,monotonous teaching methods,and insufficient internalization of values among students. The study affirms the significant role of red judicial archives as resources for constructing the discourse system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. It further analyzes their educational value through three key dimensions:political identity,legal faith,and professional ethics. On a practical level,a tripartite innovative approach is proposed—incorporating technological empowerment,narrative reconstruction,and collaborative education—to provide actionable strategies for transforming red judicial archives from historical records into dynamic educational tools. These initiatives facilitate the integration of red judicial archives into the ideological and political education framework,enhance teaching and learning outcomes,and contribute historical insights and theoretical support for cultivating legal talent in the new era and advancing the development of the socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics.更多还原
