【Abstract】 Based on data from the Chinese General Social Survey( CGSS), this study examines the relationship between Internet use and dual conceptions of filial piety. The results indicate that: first, higher frequency of Internet use is associated with a decrease in authoritarian filial piety and an increase in reciprocal filial piety;second, the effect of Internet use is more pronounced among individuals with stronger authoritarian filial piety and weaker reciprocal filial piety; third, the influence of Internet use shows intergenerational differences, affecting younger adults more strongly than middle-aged and older adults. This study highlights the significant role of the application of the Internet in the decline of authoritarian filial piety and the reinforcement of reciprocal filial piety, providing insights into the transformation and underlying mechanisms of filial piety in the digital era.更多还原
