【摘要】 数字经济赋能乡村“文体旅”融合发展是新时代乡村数字化转型的新趋势。从经济学与公共管理的交叉视角出发，紧扣以追求人民群众身心健康为宗旨和以提升人民幸福感和获得感为核心的两个纲领，倡导村民主导、政府搭台、企业参与的乡村“文体旅”活动融合模式，探索数字经济赋能乡村“文体旅”活动融合的内在机理。研究发现：数字经济通过重塑乡村“文体旅”活动市场供需，推动有为政府和有效市场均衡，实现经济增量效益和社会价值效益，最终促进乡村“文体旅”活动现代化发展。以贵州榕江“村超”火爆出圈带来的“村超效应”为例，深刻展示数字经济与“文体旅”活动深度融合的内在机理，进而提出实践路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digital economy empowering the integrated development of rural "culture, sports and tourism" activities is a new trend in the digital transformation of rural areas in the new era. From the interdisciplinary perspective of economics and public administration, this study closely adheres to two core principles: taking the physical and mental health of the people as the purpose, and taking enhancing the people’s sense of happiness and gain as the core. It advocates an integrated model of rural "culture, sports and tourism" activities led by villagers, supported by the government, and participated in by enterprises, and explores the internal mechanism of the digital economy empowering the integration of rural "culture, sports and tourism" activities. The study finds that the digital economy promotes the modernized development of rural "culture, sports and tourism" activities by reshaping the market supply and demand of these activities, balancing the capable government and efficient market, and realizing incremental economic benefits and social value benefits. Taking the "Village Super League Effect" brought by the viral popularity of the "Village Super League" in Rongjiang County, Guizhou as an example, this study profoundly demonstrates the internal mechanism of the in-depth integration between the digital economy and "culture, sports and tourism" activities, and further puts forward practical paths.更多还原
