入口空气温度对压缩空气储能空气透平做功能力的影响
A Quantitative Study on the Working Capacity of Large-capacity Compressed Air Energy Storage Air Turbine with Heat Exchange
【摘要】 为了确定大容量压缩空气储能系统释能过程中换热对空气透平做功能力和运行调节特性的影响,建立了300MW级压缩空气储能系统空气透平、储换热设备和储气室的数学模型,定量分析了空气透平入口温度对空气透平做功能力和运行特性的影响,得到了空气透平运行过程中关键参数的动态变化过程。研究表明,随着空气透平入口空气温度的下降,空气透平的做功能力下降,其中轴向推力增加和排气温度下降是限制空气透平做功能力的关键因素。为了保证出力和确保安全,应将空气透平的入口空气温度看作是火电机组的主蒸汽压力,与储气室压力一起作用控制空气透平的做功。
【Abstract】 To determine the influence of heat exchange process on the operation and regulation characteristics of large capacity air compressed air turbine during the energy release process, the mathematical models of the air turbine and heat exchange systems of a 300MW compressed air energy storage power plant were established. A quantitative estimation of the inlet air temperature on the working capacity and operation characteristics of the air turbine was conducted. The dynamic process of the key parameters of the air turbine during running was obtained. The studies shows that the air turbine has a smaller working capacity as the inlet air temperature decreases. It is mainly the increase in the shaft thrust and the decrease in the outlet air temperature that prevent the air turbine from doing more work. To meet the load demand and ensure the operation safety, the inlet air temperature should be considered as the main steam pressure of a thermal power unit and works together with the air reservoir pressure to control the power output of the air turbine.
