基于导流板结构的再热调节蝶阀在小开度工况下内部噪声特性数值模拟研究

【摘要】 以我国自主研发设计制造的某常规岛汽轮机再热调节蝶阀为研究对象,重点关注小开度工况下噪声的产生,并利用导流板结构降低再热蝶阀的内部流阻和噪声。采用Fluent软件对无导流板和添加导流板的再热蝶阀内流场和噪声进行数值模拟计算。结果表明:添加导流板可以有效降低再热蝶阀的速度梯度,减少较大漩涡的产生,从而改善流场。同时添加导流板后,所设各监测点声压级在频率为500Hz~4500Hz时均有不同程度的减小,噪声下降了5dB~10dB。

【Abstract】 The reheat control butterfly valve of conventional island steam turbine was designed and manufactured independently in our country. Emphasis was placed on noise generation under small opening conditions, and the deflector structure was employed to reduce flow resistance and noise in the reheat butterfly valve. The flow field and noise in the reheat butterfly valve without and with the deflector were numerically simulated by using Fluent software. The results show that adding the deflector can effectively reduce the velocity gradient of the reheat butterfly valve and the generation of large vortex, so as to improve the flow field. Additionally, with the deflector installed, the sound pressure level at each monitoring point decreases to varying degrees within the frequency range of 500-4500Hz, resulting in a noise reduction of 5-10dB.
