正交异性钢桥面板动力问题研究现状及展望

【摘要】 为给正交异性钢桥面板的动力设计及运营维护提供参考和依据,对正交异性钢桥面板的力学分析模型及动力计算方法、大幅振动、焊接残余应力、振动疲劳、桥面铺装作用等方面的动力问题研究现状进行分析总结,并提出相应的展望。随着计算机技术的发展,国内外学者已广泛采用有限单元法、有限差分法、有限条法等数值法分析加劲板的板肋分离模型;薄壁正交异性钢桥面板易产生大幅振动,需采用非线性振动模型进行分析,同时需深入开展车辆荷载长期冲击作用引起的桥面板损伤破坏研究;焊接残余应力对正交异性钢桥面板动力特性的影响,需考虑正交异性钢桥面板的初始应力、应力松弛及应力重分布等关键问题;桥梁疲劳分析方法未能考虑动力特性,需从动力学的角度研究正交异性钢桥面板疲劳问题;有必要分析桥面铺装对正交异性钢桥面板动力特性产生的影响;正交异性钢桥面板动力问题进一步的研究可从初始几何缺陷与焊接残余应力的考虑、非线性模态方法的引进、振动疲劳寿命的影响因素及损伤准则的确定、模型试验与现场试验的开展等方面展开。

【Abstract】 This study analyzes and summarizes the research status quo of dynamic issues of the orthotropic steel deck(OSD) from the perspectives of mechanical property modelling, dynamic calculation, large-amplitude vibration, welding residual stress, vibration fatigue, and deck pavement, and the future trends are predicted.The development of computer technology propels the utilization of multiple numerical methods in analyzing the plate-stiffener separation model of the stiffening plate, including the finite element method, finite difference method and finite strip method.It is proper to utilize the non-linear vibration model to analyze the thin orthotropic steel deck that is prone to large-amplitude vibrations, at the same time, in-depth investigation should be conducted to make clear the damages of the bridge deck under long-term impact action of vehicle loads.The welding residual stress is an influential factor of the dynamic property of the orthotropic steel deck, to address this issue, the initial stress, stress relaxation and stress redistribution of the orthotropic steel deck should be taken into account.The traditional fatigue analysis method does not consider the dynamic property of the bridge, it is suggested to study the fatigue issue of the orthotropic steel deck from the perspective of dynamics.The influence of deck pavement on the orthotropic steel deck should be analyzed.The further study of the dynamic issues of the orthotropic steel deck should be conducted from perspectives of initial geometry defects, welding residual stress introduction of the non-linear modal method, influential factors of the vibration fatigue life, together with model test and field test.
