【摘要】 目的 探讨STATdx数据库在超声医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法 选取20名超声医学专业的住院医师，采用分层随机法分为A、B两组，进行两期交叉研究，每期持续两个月。第一阶段A组接受传统授课方式，B组采用结合STATdx数据库自学的方式进行教学；第二阶段两组互换教学方式。研究期间每月进行一次测试，共考核四次，记录考核成绩，并调查使用数据库的时长。并结合有无工作经验（C为有，D为无）分为AC、AD、BC、BD四组，比较四组的教学效果。结果 第一阶段：两组第一次考核和第二次考核成绩比较，差异均无统计学意义（t分别=-0.94、0.00,P均>0.05）。两组互换教学方式后进入第二阶段，两组第一次考核和第二次考核成绩比较，差异仍无统计学意义（t分别=0.80、-0.28,P均>0.05）。第一阶段：四组第一次考核成绩比较，差异有统计学意义（F=8.64,P<0.05），第二次考核成绩比较，差异无统计学意义（F=4.85,P>0.05）。两组互换教学方式后进入第二阶段，四组医师两次考核的成绩比较，差异均无统计学意义（F分别=0.98、0.37,P均>0.05）。有工作经验的两组（AC、BC组）在研究过程中无论是否使用STATdx数据库，成绩均无显著变化（F分别=5.20、3.46,P均>0.05），而无工作经验的两组（AD、BD组）在研究过程的后期成绩均表现出显著的进步。A、B两组在研究过程中数据库使用时长无明显差异（t分别=-0.71、-0.48、0.28、-0.54,P均>0.05）。AC、AD、BC、BD四组在研究过程中数据库使用时长始终无明显差异（F分别=2.52、5.88、5.56、6.54,P均>0.05）。结论 在超声医学住院医师规范化培训中，STATdx数据库对提高无工作经验医师的理论知识和临床思维有一定帮助，但对有工作经验的医师帮助有限。STATdx数据库需要进一步优化以提升使用意愿和教学效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effectiveness of the STATdx database on standardized resident training of ultrasound medicine. Methods Totally 20 resident physicians of ultrasound medicine were recruited.They were allocated into two groups,namely group A and group B,through stratified randomization for the implementation of a two-period crossover study.In the first period,group A received traditional teaching methods,while group B adopted the teaching approach of self-study with the STATdx database. In the second period,the teaching methods of the two groups were swapped.During the research period,a test was conducted monthly,and a total of four assessments were carried out.The examination scores were recorded,and the frequency and duration of database usage were investigated.The examination scores of the resident physicians in the two groups,as well as the database usage situation,were compared to evaluate the effectiveness of the self-study method using the STATdx database.And they were divided into AC,AD,BC,and BD groups according to teaching methods and work experience,the teaching effectiveness of the four groups was compared.Results At the first stage,the comparison of the first and second assessment scores between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(t=-0.94,0.00,P>0.05).After exchanging teaching methods,the two groups entered the second stage.The comparison of the first and second assessment scores between the two groups still showed no statistically significant difference(t=0.80,-0.28,P>0.05). At the first stage,comparison of the first assessment scores of the four groups showed a statistically significant difference(F=8.64,P<0.05),while the comparison of the second assessment scores showed no statistically significant difference(F=4.85,P>0.05). After exchanging teaching methods between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two assessments among the four groups of physicians(F=0.98,0.37,P>0.05).The two groups with work experience(AC and BC)showed no significant changes in their performance during the study,regardless of whether the STATdx database was used or not(F=5.20,3.46,P>0.05),while the two groups without work experience(AD and BD)showed significant improvement in their performance in the later stages of the study.There was no significant difference in the duration of database usage between Group A and Group B during the research process(t=-0.71,-0.48,0.28,-0.54,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of database usage among the AC,AD,BC,and BD groups during the study(F=2.52,5.88,5.56,6.54,P>0.05). Conclusion In the standardized training of resident physicians in ultrasound medicine,the STATdx database is helpful in improving the theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking of physicians without work experience,but it has limited assistance for physicians with work experience.The STATdx database needs to be further optimized to enhance the willingness to use it and the teaching effectiveness.更多还原
