【摘要】 目的 探讨基于移动医疗的健康管理在冠状动脉搭桥术（CABG）后心力衰竭（HF）患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2021年5月—2023年4月在江苏省苏北人民医院接受CABG治疗的160例HF患者，按照干预方式分为基础组和移动组，每组80例。基础组实施基础健康管理，移动组实施基于移动医疗的健康管理。比较两组患者心功能、自我管理能力、自我效能感及生活质量。结果 干预后，移动组左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）均低于基础组，左心室射血分数（LVEF）高于基础组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预后，移动组中文版压力知觉量表（CPSS）、明尼苏达州心功能不全生命质量量表（MLHFQ）评分均低于基础组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论基于移动医疗的健康管理可提升CABG术后HF患者心功能，降低其心理压力、提升其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of mobile healthcare based health management in patients with heart failure(HF) after coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG). Methods 160 HF patients who received CABG treatment at Subei People′s Hospital in Jiangsu Province from May 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into a basic group and a mobile group according to the intervention method, with 80 patients in each group. The basic group implements basic health management, while the mobile group implements health management based on mobile healthcare. Compare the cardiac function, self-management ability, self-efficacy, and quality of life between two groups of patients. Results After intervention, the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD) and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) in the mobile group were lower than those in the baseline group, and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was higher than that in the baseline group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of the Chinese version of the Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS) and the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale(MLHFQ) in the mobile group were lower than those in the baseline group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Health management based on mobile healthcare can improve the cardiac function, reduce psychological stress, and enhance the quality of life of HF patients undergoing CABG surgery.更多还原
