【摘要】 目的 通过Neo4j图数据库技术总结安徽省名中医张华主任中医药治疗支气管扩张症的临床规律。方法 收集张华主任诊治的支气管扩张症的临床病案，利用Neo4j构建知识图谱，分析药物、症状、证型等之间的关联关系。结果 共纳入中药处方109首，证素109条，中药129味，证素使用频次前三为痰热蕴肺、肺脾气虚、气阴两伤，中药使用频次前三为甘草、桔梗、黄芩。关联规则置信度排名前三为冬瓜仁→薏苡仁、桃仁→薏苡仁、芦根→薏苡仁。结论 支气管扩张症核心证素为痰热蕴肺、肺脾气虚，临床用药治疗原则为清热化痰、肺脾同调，组药成方紧紧围绕桔梗汤、苇茎汤，通过清中兼补、肺脾同调的方式，达到施药师古而不泥古，常数味即中病已的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical patterns of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment for bronchiectasis by Anhui Province’s famous TCM doctor, Director Zhang Hua, through Neo4j graph database technology. Methods By collecting the clinical cases of bronchiectasis treated by Director Zhang Hua, a knowledge graph was constructed using Neo4j to analyze the correlations among drugs, symptoms, and syndrome types. Results A total of 109 TCM prescriptions, 109 syndrome elements, and 129 TCM drugs were included. The top three syndrome elements in terms of frequency of use were phlegmheat obstructing the lung, lung and spleen qi deficiency, and qi and yin deficiency. The top three drugs in terms of frequency of use were licorice, platycodon, and scutellaria. The top three association rules in terms of confidence were: winter melon seed→coix seed, peach seed→coix seed, and reed root→coix seed. Conclusion The core syndrome elements of bronchiectasis are phlegm-heat obstructing the lung and lung and spleen qi deficiency. The clinical treatment principle is to clear heat and transform phlegm and regulate both the lung and spleen. The prescription formulation closely revolves around the formula of platycodon and reed stem, achieving the eff ect of being both classical and flexible, with a few ingredients being eff ective.更多还原
