【摘要】 随着我国研究生教育从规模扩张转向内涵式发展,专业学位研究生培养质量成为高等教育改革的核心命题。在产教融合战略驱动下,双导师制作为衔接教育链与产业链的关键载体,其效能发挥仍受限于导师协同不足、实践平台虚化等结构性矛盾。基于协同育人理论,以轻工技术与工程专业学位研究生培养为具体研究对象,构建“一核心两保障四维度”联动机制:以培养适应轻工行业高质量发展需求的高素质应用型人才培养为核心目标,通过校企资源协同保障与双导师责任协同保障形成支撑体系,围绕导师队伍优化、课程体系重构、实践平台强化、质量保障完善四个维度开展系统化改革。结合轻工学科特点,详细阐述了如何通过组建双导师团队,设置特色课程,与行业龙头企业共建实践基地等具体举措,打破校企之间的壁垒,实现校内外导师的高效协同,促进教育链与产业链的深度融合。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China’ s postgraduate education shifts from scale expansion to connotative development, the quality of professional degree graduates cultivation has become a core issue in higher education reform. Driven by the strategy of industry-education integration, the dual-supervisor system, as a key carrier connecting the educational and the industrial chains, still faces structural constraints such as insufficient collaboration among supervisors and the lack of substantive practical platforms. Based on the theory of collaborative education, this study focuses on the cultivation of professional degree graduates in Light Industry Technology and Engineering. It proposes a linkage mechanism of “one core, two guarantees, and four dimensions”. Specifically, this mechanism takes the cultivation of high-quality applied talents meeting the demands of the high-quality development in the light industry sector as the core goal, and develops a support system through the collaborative guarantee of university-enterprise resources and the collaborative guarantee of dual-supervisor responsibilities. Furthermore, systematic reforms are performed across four dimensions: optimizing the supervisor team, reconstructing the curriculum system, strengthening the practical platform, and improving quality assurance. In line with the characteristics of the light industry discipline, the study elaborates on specific measures such as forming dual-supervisor teams, designing specialized courses, and establishing practical bases in collaboration with leading industry enterprises. These efforts break down the barriers between universities and enterprises, achieve efficient collaboration between internal and external supervisors, and promote the deep integration between educational and the industrial chains.更多还原
