【摘要】 海洋生物因长期适应海洋这一特殊生存环境，其代谢途径发生了改变，进而产生了大量在结构和功能上具有高度多样性的海洋天然产物(Marine natural products, MNPs)。现有研究已证实，MNPs在预防和治疗眼部疾病方面发挥着重要作用。本文在系统介绍MNPs的类别及其来源的基础上，深入分析了MNPs在抗氧化、抗炎症、抗血管生成和细胞保护等方面的生物学活性。进而，本文详细梳理了MNPs在衰老相关性黄斑变性、糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼、干眼症、葡萄膜炎和白内障等眼部疾病防治中的具体应用和作用机制。研究指出，开发MNPs有望成为眼科疾病新型治疗药物的重要方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Because of their unique habitat and metabolic pathways, marine organisms can produce a large number of marine natural products(MNPs) with high structural and functional diversity, which play key roles in the prevention and treatment of ocular diseases. In this review, the categories and sources of MNPs were systematically introduced, the biological activities of MNPs in anti-oxidantion, anti-inflammation, anti-angiogenesis and cytoprotection were analyzed, and the specific applications of MNPs in the precaution and treatment of ocular diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, dry eye disease, uveitis and cataract is reviewed. It is pointed out that developing MNPs is likely to be the future development direction of novel therapeutic agents for ocular diseases.更多还原
