【摘要】 代表作制度是我国新时代科技评价改革的重要内容，现有研究尚缺乏对代表作全面、清晰且科学的理解。本研究搜集了多源语料，包括半结构化访谈文本、国内外文件以及网络帖文，采用扎根理论提炼了代表作的特征（基础质量、学术价值、相关性、合规性、影响力、学术竞争力），构建了特征间关系的概念模型，并归纳了代表作的定义，即代表作是满足基础质量与合规性，具有学术价值、影响力以及相关性，能展现科研人员学术竞争力的科研成果。研究结果表明，科研人员通过成果的基础质量、学术价值、相关性以及合规性形成影响力，并通过这5项展现其自身的学术竞争力。本研究深化了对代表作的理解，对践行代表作制度的科研人员、同行评议专家以及科研管理部门具有重要的理论与实践价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 A representative work system is an important aspect of the science and technology evaluation reform in China’s new era. Existing research lacks a comprehensive, clear, and scientific understanding of representative works. Data were collected from multiple sources, including semi-structured interview texts, domestic and foreign documents, and online posts. Grounded theory was employed to distill the characteristics of representative works(basic quality, academic value,relevance, compliance, impact, and academic competitiveness), and construct a conceptual model of the relationships among these characteristics, further refining the definitions of representative works. Specifically, representative works are defined as research outcomes that meet basic quality and compliance requirements; possess academic value, impact, and relevance; and demonstrate the academic competitiveness of researchers. The study indicates that researchers establish impact through basic quality, academic value, relevance, and compliance of their outcomes, demonstrating their academic competitiveness through these characteristics. This research deepens the understanding of representative works and has important theoretical and practical implications for researchers, peer reviewers, and research management institutions that implement representative work systems.更多还原
