【摘要】 [目的/意义]回顾和梳理国内外各学科领域学者对数字囤积行为的现有研究，以期为个人、组织和社会应对数字化浪潮，合理支配、使用数字信息提供借鉴和参考。[方法/过程]通过文献整理，系统论述数字囤积行为的概念内涵、现有研究成果以及数字囤积行为的深远影响和优化建议，提出现有研究的不足和未来研究的发展方向。[结果/结论]实物囤积评分能够显著预测数字囤积评分，数字囤积是个人信息管理活动的“病理化”发展；现有数字囤积行为研究呈现多学科交叉融合发展趋势，采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，研究范围涉及多类研究主体；在国内本土工作情境下，数字囤积行为的定量研究仍有待进一步深入探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] This paper reviews and sorts out the existing research on digital hoarding behavior by scholars from various disciplines at home and abroad, with the aim of providing reference and guidance for individuals, organizations and society to cope with the digital wave and rationally allocate and use digital information. [Method/process] Through literature review, this paper systematically discusses the conceptual connotation and the existing research achievements of digital hoarding behavior, as well as its profound influence and optimization suggestions, and puts forward the deficiencies of existing research and the development direction of future research. [Result/conclusion] The physical hoarding scores can significantly predict the digital hoarding scores, and digital hoarding is the “pathological” development of personal information management activities. The current researches on digital hoarding behavior show a trend of interdisciplinary integration and development, and adopt research method combining qualitative and quantitative approaches, and their research scopes involve multiple types of research subjects. In the domestic working context, quantitative research on digital hoarding behavior still needs further in-depth exploration.更多还原
