【摘要】 [目的/意义]构建科学合理的高校知识产权信息服务质量评价指标体系，对提升服务水平、优化服务效能具有重要意义。[方法/过程]以CIPP评价模型为基础构建评价框架，通过文献调研法明确指标内涵，运用德尔菲法优化初步指标体系，采用层次分析法与熵权法确定评价指标权重。[结果/结论]本研究构建了包含政策支持、资源建设、服务内容、服务成果4个一级指标，以及10个二级指标和36个三级指标的评价体系。通过对核心指标的系统分析，阐释了各指标的重要程度及内在关联，为开展高校知识产权信息服务质量评价工作提供了理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] It is of great significance to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of intellectual property information service quality in colleges and universities to improve service level and optimize service efficiency. [Method/process] Based on the CIPP evaluation model, this paper constructs the evaluation framework, clarifies the connotation of the index through the literature research method, uses the Delphi method to optimize the preliminary index system, and uses the analytic hierarchy process and the entropy weight method to determine the weight of the evaluation index. [Result/conclusion] This paper constructs an evaluation system including 4 first-level indicators of policy support, resource construction, service content and service results, as well as 10 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators. Through the systematic analysis of the core indicators, the importance and internal correlation of each indicator are explained, which provides a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the quality of intellectual property information services in universities.更多还原
