【Abstract】 With the continuous deepening of education reform, the concept of educational equity is becoming increasingly profound. It not only concerns the growth and development of individuals, but also relates to the overall progress and stability of society. The core value and contemporary significance of educational equity, are explored by analyzing the value orientation and motivation of educational management policy innovation, and reveals the inherent logic of mutual promotion between policy innovation and educational equity. Then, by analyzing the deviation phenomenon in the implementation of educational management policies and its specific impact on educational equity,innovative strategies are proposed to provide scientific theoretical support and practical guidance for the formulation and implementation of educational management policies, thereby promoting the continuous progress of educational equity and laying a solid foundation for the sustainable development of society.更多还原
