129份葡萄属(Vitis L.)种质资源枝条抗寒性鉴定评价

【摘要】 以国家葡萄种质资源圃(郑州)保存的129份葡萄种质一年生成熟枝条为试材,采用差热分析法,利用高低温交变冰箱进行低温处理,通过隶属函数法将其进行分级,对其抗寒性进行鉴定评价,筛选抗寒资源。结果表明:129份葡萄种质枝条的抗寒性低温半致死温度在﹣34.9~﹣20.4 ℃,种质间抗寒性服从正态分布,葡萄抗寒性表现为多基因控制的数量性状。利用隶属函数法结合聚类分析,筛选出‘麦可达木斯’、5A、‘先锋’等21份抗性极强的葡萄种质。同时不同类群抗寒性存在差异,表现为种间杂种>欧美杂种>欧亚种。不同用途葡萄抗寒性表现为砧木品种>酿酒品种>鲜食品种。研究结果为葡萄抗寒亲本的选择和机理研究提供了理论支持。

【Abstract】 129 grape germplasm branches preserved in the National Repository for Grapevine (Zhengzhou) were used as test materials,and the differential thermal analysis was used to conduct low-temperature treatment using a high-low temperature alternating refrigerator.The subordinate function method was used to classify them and evaluate their cold resistance,screening cold resistant resources.The results showed that the low-temperature half lethal temperature of cold resistance in the branches of 129 grape germplasm was between ﹣34.9 ℃ and ﹣20.4 ℃,and the cold resistance among germplasm obeyed a normal distribution.The cold resistance of grapes was a quantitative trait controlled by multiple genes.Using the membership function method combined with cluster analysis,21 highly resistant grape germplasm,including Makedamuisi,5A and Pione were screened out.At the same time,there were differences in cold resistance among different groups,with interspecific hybrids>V.vinifera×V.labrusca>V.vinifera.The cold resistance of grapes for different purposes was represented by rootstock>wine>table.The research results provide theoretical support for the selection of cold resistant parents and the study of the mechanism of grapevine cold resistance.
