近红外光调控酶活材料和作用机制的研究进展
Research Progress on Near-Infrared Light-Regulated Enzyme Activity Materials and Their Mechanisms of Action
【摘要】 近红外光可以实现对酶的实时、精确调控,可成为癌症治疗、食品工业和环境工程等领域的有效工具。新型光响应材料有金纳米颗粒、铂纳米颗粒、碳化钛纳米片、上转换纳米材料和液态金属纳米液滴等。其作用机制是通过光响应纳米材料与酶结合后产生光热效应或F?rster共振能量转移来调节酶活性。当前可供选择的材料较少,有待设计和开发更多的近红外响应纳米材料,并针对作用机制进行更深入的研究,以实现材料多样性,满足不同领域调控酶活的要求。
【Abstract】 NIR can realize real-time and precise regulation of enzymes, and can become an effective tool in many fields such as cancer treatment, the food industry and environmental engineering. New types of NIR response materials include gold nanoparticles, platinum nanoparticles, titanium carbide nanosheets, upconversion nanomaterials and liquid metal nanodroplets. The mechanism of action involves the regulation of enzyme activity through photothermal effects generated after the combination of photorespo-nsive nanomaterials and enzymes or through F?rster resonance energy transfer after their binding. Because few materials available for selection, more NIR responsive nanomaterials should be developed and the mechanism of action should be explored more in depth to realize material diversity and meet the requirements of regulating enzyme activity in different fields.
