正五聚蛋白3在特发性肺纤维化中的研究进展
Research progress of pentraxin 3 in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis
【摘要】 特发性肺纤维化(idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, IPF)是一种以进行性呼吸困难和肺功能损害为特征表现的慢性间质性肺炎,具体发病机制不明。正五聚蛋白3(pentraxin3,PTX3)是一种由多种细胞产生的可溶性模式识别受体,在炎症和免疫反应中起重要作用。近年来研究表明,PTX3在IPF患者肺组织中表达上调,参与了IPF的疾病发生发展过程,本文就PTX3在IPF中的作用机制及相关研究进展进行阐述。
【Abstract】 Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) is a chronic interstitial pneumonia characterized by progressive dyspnea and pulmonary function impairment.The specific pathogenesis is unknown.Pentraxin3(PTX 3) is a soluble pattern recognition receptor produced by a variety of cells.It plays an important role in inflammatory and immune responses.In recent years, many studies have shown that PTX 3 participates in the pathogenesis of IPF.This paper gives a brief overview of the mechanism of PTX 3 in IPF and related research progress in IPF.
