【摘要】 粤东地区独特的地理与气候条件孕育了丰富的药食同源资源，具有丰富营养和重要药用价值。本研究通过对国家药食同源目录及相关文献的系统梳理，发现该地区分布的药食同源物种共有35种，代表性资源包括佛手、余甘子、铁皮石斛等。该地区的药食资源已在种植规模化、活性成分解析及多样化产品研发方面取得进展，但仍存在评估体系缺失、作用机制研究不足、市场推广和品牌建设薄弱等问题。未来建议建立粤东地区药食同源资源数据库，开展跨学科协作，深入阐明活性成分及健康效应机制，引入现代加工技术提升产品功能性，并结合地方文化塑造特色品牌。该研究为粤东地区药食同源资源的高效开发、医药健康产业升级及经济可持续发展提供了数据支撑与应用策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The unique geographical and climatic conditions of Eastern Guangdong have nurtured abundant food and medicine homologous resources with significant nutritional and medicinal value. Through systematic review of the national food and medicine homologous catalog and relevant literature, this study identified a total of 35 species of such resources distributed in this region, with representative resources including Citrus medica L. var. sarcodactylis Swingle, Phyllanthus emblica L., and Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo. Progress has been made in large-scale cultivation, bioactive component analysis, and diversified product development of these resources in the region. However, several limitations persist, such as the lack of comprehensive evaluation systems, insufficient research on mechanisms of action, and weaknesses in market promotion and brand building. Future recommendations include establishing a regional database for food and medicine homologous resources, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to elucidate the mechanisms of bioactive components and health effects,introducing modern processing technologies to enhance product functionality, and integrating local cultural elements to cultivate distinctive brands. This research provides both data support and application strategies for the efficient development of food and medicine homologous resources, the upgrade of the medical and health industry, and the sustainable economic development of the eastern Guangdong region.更多还原
