基于X-ray CT的沥青混合料细观结构研究进展
Research Progress of Meso-structure of Asphalt Mixture Based on X-ray CT
【摘要】 传统沥青混合料配合比设计方法低效且依赖于宏观性能指标,缺乏细观结构信息。近年来,数字图像处理技术和X-ray CT技术的进展为沥青混合料细观结构的研究提供了更有力的手段和更全面的信息。研究分别从图像获取、处理技术、应用现状及多尺度建模的挑战与创新等四个方面进行分析,系统综述了X-ray CT技术在沥青混合料细观结构与力学性能关联研究中的应用,探讨了细观结构的量化方法,并评述多尺度力学模型的构建路径。通过对比扫描参数优化策略、统计各设备型号和参数、各预处理和各分割方法的优劣,提出了图像获取及处理方法存在不足导致分割难度大、精度差等问题,导致细观结构信息未被充分利用。此外,多尺度细观-力学关联模型亟待建立,这是迈向智能化、自动化、高效化设计的重要一步。未来研究需改进图像获取方法,结合人工智能提升图像分析效率和精度,并通过建立开放数据库、多尺度细观评价体系,推动新型沥青混合料数据驱动设计体系的建立。
【Abstract】 The traditional asphalt mixture mix design method is inefficient and dependent on macro performance indicators, and lacks meso-structure information. In recent years, the progress of digital image processing technology and X-ray CT technology has provided more powerful means and more comprehensive information for the study of the microstructure of asphalt mixture. This paper analyzes the four aspects of image acquisition, processing technology, application status and challenges and innovations of multi-scale modeling. The application of X-ray CT technology in the study of the relationship between meso-structure and mechanical properties of asphalt mixture is systematically reviewed. Quantitative methods for meso-structure characterization are discussed, including multi-threshold segmentation and 3D reconstruction techniques. By comparing the scanning parameter optimization strategy, counting the models and parameters of each device, the advantages and disadvantages of each preprocessing and segmentation method, it is proposed that the shortcomings of image acquisition and processing methods lead to the difficulty of segmentation and poor accuracy, resulting in the meso-structure information not being fully utilized.
