【摘要】 采用新疆原油通过常减压蒸馏工艺或沥青调合工艺生产满足交通部《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40—2004)要求的90号A级沥青。采用不同批次、同一批次长时间热储存沥青，其质量合格稳定。权威机构对沥青质量、PG分级和混合料评价表明，沥青延度余量很大、软化点高、动力黏度高、抗热老化性能好；沥青性能分级均为PG 64-28,低温性能更优；两种沥青混合料性能除低温弯曲破坏应变不适用冻严寒区外，其它性能均适应新疆全部气候分区。在新疆不同气候区域铺筑试验路，两冬两夏考察检测指标均满足规范要求，路用性能优良。更多还原

【Abstract】 SINOPEC uses Xinjiang crude oil to produce Grade A asphalt which meets the Technical Specification for Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction(JTG F40-2004) No.90 by atmospheric and vacuum distillation process or asphalt blending process. Asphalt with different batches or the same batch of long-term thermal storage, its quality is qualified and stable.The quality of asphalt, PG classification and mix evaluation by authoritative institutions show that the asphalt has a large ductility reserve, a high softening point, high dynamic viscosity, and good thermal aging resistance; the asphalt performance grade is PG 64-28, with good low temperature performance; the performance of the asphalt mixes is suitable for all climate zones in Xinjiang except for the low temperature bending failure strain which is not applicable to the severe cold zone.The test road was paved in different climatic regions of Xinjiang, and the inspection indicators met the specifications after two winters and two summers, with excellent road. At present, the product has been successfully applied to the construction of expressways, municipal roads and rural roads in Xinjiang, with good application results.更多还原
